[Enrollment Announcement] Noon Fitness Promotion Courses for Faculty & Staff – 114 Fall Semester
Registration for the 114 Fall Semester Noon Fitness Promotion Courses is about to begin!
Cardio Mondays, Strength Tuesdays, and Fascia Release Thursdays —
Make the most of your lunch break to recharge and boost workplace happiness through movement.
Exercise helps regulate emotions and reduce stress — making it a powerful tool for our faculty, staff, and students at the Guangfu Campus.
Spots fill up fast, so whether you're a returning participant or a newcomer, be sure to register on time!
📍 Course Period: September 4 to December 30, 2025 (Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at noon)
📍 Course Options: Fun Boxing, Sculpt & Strength, Yin-Yang Yoga, and more
📍 Eligibility: Priority for university faculty, staff, and students; max. 35 participants per class
📍 Location: Fitness Room B1, Gymnasium, Guangfu Campus
📍 Registration Opens: Wednesday, July 30 at 2:00 PM (first-come, first-served)

Returning Student Discount: Available to participants who enrolled in either of the last two terms.
Incomplete Applications: Will be disqualified.
No Transfers Allowed: Accepted participants may not transfer their spot to others (whether for a single session or the full term).
Submitting the Form ≠ Successful Registration: Enrollment depends on the order of registration.
Course Level: Monday and Tuesday sessions are designed as intermediate-level cardio and core training.
