【課程介紹】
介紹身心情緒壓力機制與自律神經健康,與練習日常自我紓壓方法,學習自我壓力調適。課程中體驗芳療、瑜伽、呼吸、正念練習等等,覺察自我身心狀態,幫助放鬆,釋放壓力緊繃,提升睡眠品質,平衡自律神經,動一動Fun輕鬆。

Yang-Ming Campus – Healthy Mind Program Lecture ✨ “Move for Fun & Relaxation” Stress-Relief Workshop 🧘‍♀️🌿
Would you like to release stress and relax your body and mind? 🌈
The Healthy Mind Program run by the Yang-Ming Campus Office of Physical Education invites you to join the “Move for Fun & Relaxation” Stress-Relief Workshop. Through aromatherapy, yoga, breathing, and mindfulness practices, you will learn practical everyday self-regulation skills to restore balance to your body and mind!

📌 Workshop Information
Date & Time: September 23, 2025 (Tuesday), 12:15–14:15
Venue: Aerobics Room, 3F Activity Center (Yang-Ming Campus)
Participants: Limited to 20 people (first-come, first served)
Provided: Lunch box 🍱
What to bring: Yoga mat (available for borrowing from the Office of Physical Education) 🧘‍♂️
🌿 Workshop Highlights
[Course Introduction]
Learn about the mechanisms of stress and autonomic nervous system health, and practice everyday stress-relief methods to improve self-regulation. The workshop includes aromatherapy, yoga, breathing, and mindfulness practices to enhance body–mind awareness, support relaxation, release tension, improve sleep quality, and balance the autonomic nervous system—so you can “move for fun and relax with ease.”
